Came in Knoxville to relax and have fun, this neighboring hotel was fantastic base for doing it. I enjoyed the room with a comfortable bed. Every staff member was respectful and efficient.

Everything is great, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is in a favourable and magnificent spot in a very nice and safe area. Btw, it's set in West Knoxville district near to airport, restaurants and the interstate, Knoxville and restaurants, bars, or grocery stores.

Extremely pleasant rooms with 2 twin beds and the bathroom, for instance, had a really nice experience. The location of the property was good as we were short walk to local stores, cedar bluff or Knoxville, and a quiet area.

Great accommodation with favourable setting just off a quiet area and airport, restaurants and the interstate. A wide array of goodies for breakfast: )

The staff was amazingly great and outstandingly accommodating, kept everything fairly clean and wonderful. The position of the hotel was marvellous, close to everything. Moreover, it's just off restaurants, bars, or grocery stores as well as a quiet area very easy access to the highway.

The staff team was EFFICIENT, the rooms were extremely pleasant and great-sized and equipped with twin beds, a comfy mattress.

The room at this hotel was incredibly spacious and had a convenient kitchenette with all the necessary cookware. The location was quiet and well-maintained, and there was even an elevator available. The front desk employees were mostly friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

The breakfast option could use improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of choices.

Respectful staff, suggested places to visit. My room with an ashtray and twin beds, as for instance was well furnished. Everywhere there was fairly clean...

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to food and shopping options. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing guests with a comfortable stay.

It's a shame that there is no ice machine on site and the ice trays in the fridge were not filled with water, causing guests to wait hours for ice.

The hotel was located near Knoxville in the Cedar Bluff area and a quiet area. The staff was respectful throughout the day. Well furnished room with a queen bed, everything was great. Also, location was particularly good and excellent, at a moderate distance from Zuma Fun Center.
